Job Summary
Collecting and analyzing complex healthcare data, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will support the development of data-driven strategies and ensure data integrity while designing and maintaining reports to enhance healthcare economics.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with data collection, entry, and processing from various internal and external sources
- Analyze and summarize data to support decision-making and identify trends and areas for improvement
- Monitor financial, clinical, and operational performance metrics, developing actionable insights and visualizations
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare quality, data analysis, and/or population health
- Proficient in MS Excel and SQL
