Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Combining analytics, predictive modeling, and data engineering, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will improve media performance and business outcomes while working remotely with occasional travel required 3-4 times per year.

Key responsibilities

• Drive acquisition performance and identify opportunities for campaign optimizations through predictive modeling
• Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to enhance measurement and compile data-driven stories for customer acquisition strategy
• Analyze large, complex datasets to inform and optimize customer growth metrics in Commercial Lines

Required qualifications

• Minimum of six years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with five years of experience, or a quantitative Bachelor's degree with three years of experience
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with experience in statistical methods and model evaluation
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with SAS, R, or Python
• Ability to leverage disparate data points and deliver quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Intermediate proficiency in A/B testing and quantitative analysis for strategic decision-making
