Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary
To drive strategic business decisions, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will track and optimize the performance of the pro sales team remotely, leveraging advanced analytics to develop and adjust compensation and commission plans while collaborating with sales executives and operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to monitor sales organization performance
- Develop forecasting models to determine optimal staffing and hiring levels across sales teams
- Analyze sales performance and compensation data to recommend adjustments for optimization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 6+ years of analytical experience in an e-commerce, marketplace, or home services-related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Python or R
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Experience analyzing and making recommendations to sales and commission plans for a large sales organization
