Job Summary

Senior Data Analyst Consultant, a fully remote, W2 contract position requiring expertise in data visualization and analysis to support talent acquisition decisions through the creation of automated dashboards and insights from large datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated dashboards for key metrics reporting in Talent Acquisition
• Segment large datasets and extract data using SQL and other business intelligence tools
• Analyze data and provide insights to enhance operational performance and improve customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of related work experience in finance, people analytics, or a related field
• Experience with SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Amazon QuickSight
• Expertise in data visualization and Excel data modeling
• Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing
