Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and share insights to drive the customer experience team and partner functions
  • Define data language to ensure understanding of underlying truths
  • Utilize data analysis to reduce ambiguity and solve problems
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in product, marketing, or customer experience analytics
  • BA/BS in behavioral science with statistics skills or in a quantitative field
  • Strong SQL skills and experience in Python or R
  • Interest in working in an earlier-stage company and customer empathy
  • Experience in Looker, Hex, and DBT is a bonus
