Job Summary
To support a growing marketing team, the full-time remote Senior Data Analyst, Marketing will own the strategic roadmap and data architecture for marketing analytics, acting as a key liaison between marketing leadership and data engineering to deliver automated insights and optimize media spend.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of the Marketing data reporting layer and execute a multi-quarter technical roadmap aligned with growth objectives
- Design and optimize core Marketing data models to create an integrated source of truth for reporting
- Empower Marketing stakeholders with automated pacing models and diagnostic tools to enhance workflow efficiency and media spend optimization
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in strategic data analytics, business intelligence, or analytics engineering, particularly supporting Growth or Performance Marketing teams
- Expert-level SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with dbt for structuring core warehouse schemas
- Deep expertise in digital marketing data ecosystems, including ad platforms and event tracking
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance technical efficiency and automate tasks
