Senior Data Analyst - Medical Coding

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst - Medical Coding & Healthcare Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MySQL/MSSQL stored procedures and data pipelines for revenue cycle operations
• Analyze healthcare claims data to support clinical and financial decision-making
• Manage EDI transaction workflows to maximize clean claim rates and reduce denials

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Analysis within healthcare or medical billing environments
• Expert-level SQL skills, including MySQL/MSSQL stored procedures and database design
• 10+ years of hands-on CPT-4 and ICD-10 coding experience
• Experience with EDI transaction sets: ANSI ASC X12N 837P, 835, 277CA, 999
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent experience
