Job Summary
To support Medicare Advantage supplemental benefit programs, the remote Senior Data Analyst - MN or PA will develop and deliver complex reporting, analytics, and business insights while collaborating with leadership, stakeholders, and vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for business objectives
- Design and maintain scalable reporting solutions and data products using modern data technologies
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-value analytics capabilities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience developing complex SQL queries and data solutions
- 3+ years of experience with programming languages such as Python or PowerShell
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or related analytical roles within the healthcare industry
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data integration solutions
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
