Job Summary
To support the Medicare Advantage Supplemental Benefits team, the full-time Senior Data Analyst - MN or PA will analyze complex datasets, develop reporting solutions, and provide actionable insights to enhance operational performance, working remotely within a commutable distance of Minnesota or Pennsylvania.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide insights that support business objectives
- Develop and maintain scalable reporting solutions and data products using SQL and modern data technologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-value analytics capabilities
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with advanced SQL proficiency and data solutions development
