Senior Data Analyst - MN/PA Licensed

Job Summary

To support the Medicare Advantage Supplemental Benefits team, the remote Senior Data Analyst - MN/PA Licensed will develop and deliver complex reporting, analytics, and business insights while collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to enhance operational performance and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights that support business objectives
• Develop and maintain scalable reporting solutions and data products using SQL and modern data technologies
• Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations through reports and visualizations for diverse audiences

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience developing complex SQL queries and data solutions
• 3+ years of experience supporting Medicare Advantage programs with a strong understanding of the line of business
• 3+ years of experience with scripting or programming languages, such as Python or PowerShell
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles
• Experience developing and maintaining ETL/ELT processes and data integration solutions
