Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Departmental Data Analyst, Orthopaedic Surgery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze healthcare data, create visualizations, and generate reports to support decision-making
  • Ensure data accuracy and manage departmental projects while serving as the primary contact for reporting and data mining tasks
  • Lead the development of educational tools to enhance data interpretation and application for improved organizational outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Information Management, Healthcare Information, Statistics, Business, or a closely related field
  • 5 years of data management/analyst experience, with a combination of education and experience considered
  • Experience working in a clinical or healthcare-related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with scientific terms in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, etc., is preferred
  • Master's Degree is preferred
