Senior Data Analytics Auditor

Job Summary

To lead data analytics for internal audits and projects, the full-time Senior Data Analytics Auditor will manage extensive data analysis and electronic data retrieval while working remotely, focusing on evaluating internal controls and communicating findings to leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for data needs related to internal and external audits, ensuring confidentiality and effective data retrieval
• Analyze and report findings from large volumes of financial and clinical data, advising management on compliance and internal controls
• Collaborate on process improvement initiatives and assess the integration of emerging technologies into audit workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IT, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of internal or external auditing experience with a focus on data analysis
• Proficiency in manipulating and analyzing large datasets
• Preferred experience with sampling methodologies, including statistically valid sampling
• Preferred certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information System Auditor (CISA)
