Senior Data Analytics Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Data Analytics Consultant will engage with new customers to facilitate their Digital Experience journey, focusing on the utilization of Dynatrace tools while providing data-driven insights and support.

Key responsibilities

• Foster customer engagement and understanding of Digital Experience components to enhance monitoring strategies
• Create concise analysis and enablement deliverables that demonstrate the value of Dynatrace to clients
• Identify opportunities for customer growth and maturity in Digital Experience usage across various industry verticals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields
• 2-3 years of experience in a customer success or data analysis consultative role with a strong emphasis on client-facing communication
• Experience in data-driven analysis and familiarity with analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Advanced Excel
• Basic understanding of web technologies, including HTML, JS, CSS, and networking
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
