Senior Data Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analytics Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop structured technical plans
• Manage the full analytics workflow, from data transformation to dashboard creation and presenting insights
• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations while fostering data governance and literacy across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a technical Data Analyst role
• Proven experience with modern BI platforms such as Sigma, Looker, or PowerBI
• Strong proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience in complex data modeling and query optimization
• Experience with dbt, including development, testing, and documentation of ETL/ELT pipelines
• Ability to bridge backend data with frontend business value using modern data stack tools
