Senior Data Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Senior Data Analytics Engineer, this full-time salaried position will design and implement data analytics pipelines, develop high-quality data models, and enable automation to support advanced analytics and AI use cases, while collaborating with various teams and mentoring junior engineers in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data model design and scalable ELT architecture, delivering advanced data models and decision-intelligence solutions
• Own CI/CD deployment pipelines, driving engineering best practices and optimizing Snowflake warehouse performance
• Mentor junior engineers and facilitate stakeholder sessions to translate business requirements into scalable data products

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or 9 years of relevant work experience without a degree
• Expert SQL abilities and deep expertise in data modeling, ELT design, and enterprise data architecture
• 4+ years of experience with Tableau or similar analytics platforms and 5+ years of dbt experience
• 5+ years of Snowflake experience, including VWH optimization and semantic layer design
• Advanced Python skills for automation and orchestration, with experience in AI coding assistants
