Job Summary

To drive visibility into performance and strategy across various business functions, the full-time Senior Data Analytics Engineer will design and maintain data systems, connect production backends to business systems, and analyze data insights, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain business-critical data systems for real-time data access
• Connect production backends to business systems and organize large-scale data flows
• Analyze data to create insights that empower teams across the company in decision-making

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in a technical area at a high-growth startup
• Proficiency with Python and familiarity with DBT and Airflow
• Understanding of SaaS metrics and infrastructure scaling challenges
• Experience working cross-functionally with various business teams
• Ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions
