Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with revenue cycle operation teams to identify and quantify operational risks using data
• Ensure data completeness and accuracy by working with analytics and revenue cycle operations teams
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects to deliver exceptional service to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field (or equivalent training/relevant experience)
• 2-4 years of experience in a data analysis role with large healthcare datasets, preferably claims data
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R
• Experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and trend analysis with the ability to interpret complex data
• Proficiency in creating data visualizations and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau
