Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional analytics projects to improve retention, engagement, and productivity
• Manage the Global Employee Listening Program, overseeing execution of surveys and evolving strategies
• Translate complex datasets into executive-ready narratives and visualizations to drive strategic actions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR Analytics, Data Science, or BI with experience influencing senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or behavioral field or equivalent professional experience
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Tableau for creating actionable visualizations
• Experience using Python or R for statistical modeling and text analytics
• Deep expertise in managing organizational data and executing large-scale surveys
