Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute an analytics and reporting strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead the design and optimization of enterprise dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
• Build and mature a governed self-service analytics environment for business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in data analytics with senior leadership experience, preferably in healthcare
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, semantic modeling, DAX optimization, and Microsoft Fabric
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven analytics tools and Power BI Copilot
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience implementing Data Mesh concepts and data product strategies
