Senior Data Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise data strategy, the full-time Senior Data Analytics Manager will own the end-to-end data ecosystem, focusing on infrastructure, business intelligence, and AI capabilities while collaborating with various departments in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise data strategy and multi-year roadmap, establishing data quality standards and a trusted single source of truth
• Oversee the end-to-end data platform, including ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud data infrastructure, ensuring scalability and governance
• Develop the enterprise AI roadmap, identifying high-value AI opportunities and leading the implementation of predictive analytics and machine learning initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, Data Engineering, or AI
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams
• Strong SQL expertise and experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar platforms
• Experience building enterprise BI environments and proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
• Familiarity with Python and modern AI frameworks, along with experience implementing AI solutions in production
