Senior Data Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of experienced analysts, the full-time Senior Data Analytics Manager will manage actionable analysis across eCommerce, health, and supply chain, partnering with senior leaders while advancing AI-native analytics initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 5 analysts and data scientists, focusing on prioritization and coaching
• Own a portfolio of actionable analysis to drive insights and recommendations for eCommerce and supply chain operations
• Define KPI and reporting standards while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and the executive team

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in a high-growth consumer technology or e-commerce environment
• Deep understanding of eCommerce or retail analytics, including key performance indicators related to inventory and fulfillment
• Experience managing and mentoring analysts, with a focus on delivering high-impact work
• Strong knowledge of AI-native analytics and self-serve analytics infrastructure
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior business leaders and influence strategic priorities
