Senior Data Analytics Specialist

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making, the remote Senior Data Analytics Specialist will design and deliver scalable automated data solutions, enhance dashboards and reporting tools, and ensure data accuracy while collaborating with technical and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Designs and maintains automated processes for data extraction, transformation, and validation
• Develops and optimizes scripts and workflows for data cleaning, statistical analysis, and reporting
• Translates complex data into actionable insights that inform program and leadership decisions

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience performing data analysis
• Experience using a variety of data tools and software
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Snowflake, DataSphere, or SAS for data manipulation
• Experience collaborating with technical resources such as data analysts and engineers
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
