Senior Data Analytics Strategist

Job Summary

Leading data analytics initiatives, the full-time Senior Data Analytics Strategist will work remotely to support decision-making through the production of intelligence on digital marketing performance, while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance tracking and reporting across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on data analytics and business intelligence for marketing and communications initiatives
• Identify and prioritize analytical opportunities within Marketing & Communications, coordinating efforts across the system
• Engage with the Marketing & Communications Management Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics and insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 5-10 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Tealium or Power BI
• Experience in developing reports, dashboards, and scorecards across various analytics platforms
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects focused on strategic initiatives and process improvement
