Senior Data and AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Data and AI Engineer will work remotely, providing critical support in product discovery, leading cross-functional teams to identify challenges and improvements, and applying technical expertise to enhance strategic solutions for enterprise needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in data architecture and AI tools
• Facilitate understanding of organizational challenges and support business development efforts by aligning solutions with customer needs
• Mentor data engineers and establish best practices while delivering customer-facing support and solutions

Required qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of IT experience in large-scale data architectures
• 5+ years of experience in evaluating, architecting, and building AI and Generative AI tools
• Proficiency in Azure and AWS Cloud native data and AI technologies
• Experience with Databricks, SnowFlake, and other large data platforms
