Senior Data and Analytics Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing nonprofit organization, the full-time Senior Data and Analytics Manager will oversee data collection, management, and analysis while building reliable dashboards and reporting tools, all within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the measurement and monitoring of organizational goals through defining metrics and ensuring their visibility and reliability
• Build and maintain intuitive dashboards and BI tools for non-technical teams, proactively surfacing trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with various teams to translate data into actionable insights and compelling narratives for stakeholders and funders

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on SQL skills and significant experience in data analysis and modeling tools (dbt)
• Proven experience building dashboards and BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Tableau) for non-technical audiences
• Direct experience in the nonprofit or impact sector, particularly with program data evaluation and grant reporting
• Ability to translate complex data analysis into clear narratives for leadership and external partners
• Experience working collaboratively across teams and managing ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
