Senior Data Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Architect who will lead the development and implementation of data architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of data architecture standards and best practices across the organization
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and empower multiple teams on data standards and best practices
• Facilitate open communication and collaboration between teams to encourage a shared ownership of data standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated experience in training teams and rolling out data standards in a multi-team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship-building, negotiation, and consensus-building
• Experience with modern data technologies and architectures, including cloud services and big data platforms
