Job Summary

Senior Data Architect, a full-time position responsible for assessing and transforming data operations, optimizing MongoDB performance, and leading modernization efforts in data architecture and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing data operations and design future-state architecture
• Own MongoDB performance optimization and lead migration to modern data platforms
• Drive hands-on implementation of critical data infrastructure improvements and mentor engineers

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, architecture, or analytics engineering, with 3+ years in senior roles
• Deep hands-on expertise in MongoDB, including index design and performance optimization
• Experience with vector search and embeddings pipelines in production
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and cloud-native data services
• Proven ability to design data architectures that support AI-driven workloads
