Senior Data Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and technically adept Senior Data Architect, the fully remote position will lead high-impact analytics initiatives across the Product organization, focusing on automation, advanced analytics, and scalable reporting to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops to define and measure innovation vs. predictability trade-offs and propose new KPIs aligned to business goals
• Lead efforts to unify data sources across legacy systems and modern platforms, ensuring consistency and scalability of analytics solutions
• Develop frameworks to assess product delivery velocity and customer impact using tools like Power BI and Salesforce

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a senior or principal role
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and enterprise data systems, with hands-on experience in building automated workflows
• Strong understanding of telecom product structures and service definitions
• Experience with audit preparation and investor-facing reporting frameworks
