Senior Data Architect

Job Summary

Defining and governing enterprise data architecture strategy, the full-time remote Senior Data Architect will design scalable, cloud-native business process solutions, establish architectural standards, and partner with business and technology leaders to align data architectures with organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise data platform blueprint, including governance and security
• Design complex business processes using BPMS tools and establish architectural standards
• Lead architecture reviews for high-risk initiatives and develop process architecture artifacts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, business, or equivalent experience
• 9-12 years of experience in data engineering, platform engineering, or software architecture
• At least 5 years of experience in Agile software development environments
• Strong expertise in modern data architectures, including data lakes and warehouses
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
