Senior Data Architect

Job Summary

To support a data engineering and modeling engagement, the remote Senior Data Architect will analyze data from multiple sources, design curated data models in SingleStore, and collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in client discovery sessions to gather business requirements and analyze data relationships
• Design and build a curated data model in SingleStore while supporting Medallion architecture implementation
• Develop SQL and Python-based data curation, transformation, and validation logic, and document data models and assumptions

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in data engineering, architecture, and modeling
• Hands-on expertise in SQL and Python
• Experience with Medallion architecture and modern data warehouse platforms like SingleStore
• Ability to identify data relationships across multiple source systems independently
• Experience with Oracle and SQL Server source systems
