Senior Data Architect

Job Summary

As a strategic member of the Data & Analytics team, the full-time Senior Data Architect will design and maintain the enterprise data architecture to support business intelligence, data engineering, and AI/ML capabilities, all within a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise data architecture vision, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and technology landscape
• Design scalable data models and integration patterns across various data platforms while establishing architectural standards and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into effective data design solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Architecture, or related field preferred; or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise data architecture, data modeling, and data governance frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehouse architecture and proficiency in AWS/Azure cloud services
• Experience in designing data systems for healthcare or regulated data environments, with knowledge of HIPAA compliance
• Proven ability to communicate complex architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
