Senior Data Business Analyst
Job Summary
Engaging with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, the remote Senior Data Business Analyst will translate these needs into functional specifications and support Agile development activities for integration and enterprise software projects.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements while maintaining traceability throughout the project lifecycle
- Support Agile delivery practices, including backlog refinement, requirement prioritization, and sprint planning
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise software, integration, or data-focused projects
- Proven ability to elicit requirements and create actionable solution specifications
- Strong expertise in business process analysis, documentation, and data-mapping activities
- Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation
- Experience in Agile environments and collaboration with cross-functional teams
