Senior Data Center Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the development of connectivity reference designs, the full-time Senior Data Center Connectivity Engineer will optimize cabling, pathways, and rack layouts for large-scale AI deployments while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development of connectivity reference designs based on cluster architecture and network engineering requirements
• Build comprehensive documentation, including rack elevations and network architecture diagrams, supporting projects through design and deployment phases
• Serve as primary engineering support, collaborating with deployment teams to ensure successful cluster build-out and operation

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 12+ years in a connectivity, network architecture, or engineering role within a Hyperscale Cloud Provider or large-scale data center
• BA or BS degree (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience designing and operating network fabrics for thousands of GPU/CPU nodes
• Deep expertise in high-speed interconnect technologies, including InfiniBand and RDMA
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and complete complex technical initiatives
