Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the data strategy and roadmap aligned with company priorities
• Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across Data Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science
• Manage data governance, quality, privacy, and compliance outcomes across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or platform roles, with 5+ years in leadership positions
• Proven experience in scaling teams and operating data organizations in SaaS or high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms, architectures, and workflows
• Experience with platforms such as Snowflake or Data Bricks
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and distributed teams
