Senior Data Enablement Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Enablement Lead to help unlock the value of their data platform by building reusable, well-documented, and trusted data products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver semantic data models and governed assets that are reusable, reliable, and scalable
• Partner cross-functionally with various teams to define and prioritize strategic data products
• Establish standards for data documentation, quality, and consumption

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data product, analytics engineering, or data engineering roles
• Strong technical fluency with deep SQL skills and experience with tools like dbt, Snowflake, or BigQuery
• Proven experience building and maintaining data products such as data models
• Experience facilitating structured stakeholder sessions to gather use cases and shared definitions
• Clear understanding of data contracts, governance, and cataloging best practices
