Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer (Contract Position).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on and help define data architecture, tooling choices, and long-term data strategy
• Build reliable ELT pipelines into Snowflake using Airbyte and custom connectors
• Transform raw data into clean, well-modeled analytical tables and create enriched data stores

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering roles
• Expert SQL skills with the ability to model complex business logic
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, data ingestion tools (e.g., Airbyte), and Airflow
• Strong understanding of data architecture decisions and tradeoffs
• AI-oriented data building experience
