Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Data Engineer will build and maintain data pipelines, ensure data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines using ETL/ELT processes
• Implement and maintain data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data accuracy
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand their data requirements and provide solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or Java
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
