A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer - LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to define data needs and establish reporting infrastructure
Design and maintain data models and integration strategies across the organization
Lead the development and orchestration of ETL data pipelines, ensuring scalability and reliability

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing data infrastructure and building ETL/ELT processes
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience designing and deploying high-performance data processing systems
Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, Kinesis/Kafka, Terraform, and Kubernetes
Passion for mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of learning and growth
