Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and optimize large-scale data pipelines for analytics and machine learning applications
• Lead the design and implementation of data models to enhance performance, scalability, and data integrity
• Act as a technical mentor for Data Engineers, guiding best practices and architecture decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in data engineering with expertise in cloud data platforms
• Deep knowledge of Python, Airflow, dbt, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and BigQuery
• Proven experience designing and managing scalable, high-performance data architectures
• Expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and workflow orchestration
