Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer, Data Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance, scalable data platforms focused on real-time streaming data processing
• Build integrations between Data Cloud and various relational and noSQL OLTP databases
• Establish observability, security, and data governance solutions for data pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Platform Engineer, Data Engineer, or Data Infrastructure Engineer
• Expertise in building and maintaining batch and streaming data pipelines using tools like DBT, Databricks, and Apache Spark
• Solid experience with AWS services and proficiency with Terraform for cloud infrastructure management
• Deep understanding of modern data lakehouse architectures and proficiency in Python/Java and SQL
• Experience in building tools and frameworks for data pipeline development and familiarity with data governance best practices
