Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Data Engineer to join their enterprise data team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop an enterprise data model using Microsoft Fabric aligned with business requirements
• Create and maintain scalable data pipelines and implement medallion architecture layers for data quality and accessibility
• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers while collaborating with stakeholders to translate data needs into technical requirements

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL, PySpark, and Python
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Azure services
• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering, architecture, or development
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience with both on-premises and cloud ETL toolsets
