Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join a leading shipping and logistics organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy solutions for reporting and analytics using Azure Databricks
• Create real-time streaming pipelines and manage data movement and orchestration with Azure Data Factory
• Collaborate with internal customers to gather requirements and provide ongoing support for Databricks code

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data strategies, analysis, architecture, and management
• Strong skills in Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SQL, Python (PySpark), and/or Scala
• Experience in building ETL/data warehouse transformation processes
• Hands-on experience with the Azure Data Analytics platform
• Experience with Apache Kafka and event-based data
