Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Data Engineer (UCP).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of data classification systems and schema definitions for various P&C datasets
Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines using technologies such as BigQuery and Dataflow
Drive best practices for data quality, security, and governance across the insurance ecosystem

Required Qualifications

7+ years in data engineering, data architecture, or enterprise data systems roles
Domain expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
Hands-on experience designing data models and schemas for complex insurance data structures
Proficient in SQL and Python for data engineering and automation
Advanced experience with GCP data stack, including BigQuery and Dataflow
