Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to scale infrastructure and improve reliability and efficiency
• Develop, deploy, and maintain data processing pipelines using cloud technologies
• Act as an in-house data expert to recommend standards for code quality and pipeline architecture

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• 5+ years of experience in engineering data pipelines using technologies like Python and Kafka
• Experience building or maintaining a Data Platform for multiple engineering teams
• Strong experience in writing complex SQL and ETL development
• Familiarity with AWS Services such as Redshift, S3, and EMR
