Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaboratively refine and promote a framework for integrating data-thinking into the software development lifecycle
• Design, architect, and maintain core marketing datasets and data marts in partnership with analytics and data science teams
• Drive data quality and best practices across various business areas while building next-generation data products

Required Qualifications

• 4 or more years of experience in designing and building data sets and warehouses
• Expertise in SQL for analytics and building transforms inside an ETL pipeline
• Experience in designing and maintaining a data warehouse that integrates multiple data sources
• Familiarity with a modern data stack, preferably including BigQuery, dbt, and Apache Airflow
• Strong sense of ownership and pride in work from ideation to project completion
