Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Data Engineer with expertise in AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, deploy, test, and maintain scalable data architectures and pipelines
• Ensure data systems' scalability, reliability, quality, and performance while mentoring junior engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and evaluate new technologies for data solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of data engineering experience in AWS with strong expertise in Python, SQL, and PySpark
• Experience in designing and implementing data warehousing solutions, particularly with Redshift
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, database design principles, and data integration techniques
• Proficient in using SDLC tools, CI/CD systems, and cloud computing services in AWS
