Key Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and validation

• Lead sprint teams, mentor junior developers, and report on project statuses to ensure timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of experience in data engineering and ETL development
• Proficiency in Talend, MongoDB, Snowflake, AWS, and GitLab
• Experience with DevOps automation pipelines and deployment using Jenkins, ECS, and Kubernetes
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with cloud infrastructure
