Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Data Engineer to design and develop log solutions for security operations in both on-prem and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop log solutions technologies focused on SecOps, BindPlane, Beats LogStash, and Kafka
• Build and develop new log collection systems for on-prem and cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Respond to and troubleshoot platform alerts and high-priority incidents, and facilitate change requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 4+ years of related experience in log collection setup and development
• 3+ years of experience with RHEL Linux Server OS
• 2+ years of experience working with Splunk basic search queries
• 2+ years of experience with BindPlane, LogStash, Kafka, and GitHub Operations
