Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to work remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements
• Design and develop robust data pipelines in Python to import, transform, and load data into Snowflake and Data Lake environments
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the pipeline lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL (5+ years)
• Experience in building scalable data pipelines using Python (5+ years)
• Hands-on experience extracting data from REST APIs and ingesting it into cloud data warehouses (5+ years)
• Experience working with Amazon S3 and maintaining DAGs in Airflow
• Practical experience with major cloud data warehouses or data lakes (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks)
