Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage scalable data pipelines for product and event data
• Develop and maintain datasets to track key product and business metrics
• Architect systems for large volume batch data processing and enhance workflow observability

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in SQL and Python
• 5+ years of experience as a data engineer and 8+ years in software engineering
• Proficiency in at least one additional core Data Engineering language (e.g., Scala, Java, Rust)
• Strong knowledge of data infrastructure and architecture design
• Hands-on experience with orchestration tools like Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect
